As manager at Big Planet Comics, I'm responsible for nearly every aspect of the store's function. I take and maintain orders for customers, manage all inventory and ordering, and do the majority of the store’s merchandising. I am the face most of our customers recognize and interact with on a daily basis, so customer satisfaction and communication is a priority for me. I’ve worked to arrange a wide array of events from signings with writers and artists, to local community events, to collaborating with politicians. I’ve also attended industry events such as ComicsPRO in the past, representing our store. I love comics as a medium in all forms from single issues of superhero comics to self-published zines, and I'm passionate about helping people find art, stories, and characters that resonate with and inspire them.
